About
Turning regulation into strategic advantage
Knowing the rules is important, but knowing how to use them to your advantage is what makes the difference.
A new regulatory framework does more than create obligations. It can influence how a company designs a product, enters a market, manages risk or positions itself against competitors. Realising this changed my perspective on law and drew me towards regulatory work. After studying European and International Law and completing an LL.M. in Law and Technology at Utrecht University, I have applied this way of thinking through regulatory research, compliance projects and academic work.
What interests me most is identifying where risks and opportunities emerge within complex regulatory frameworks and turning that analysis into clear conclusions that support better business decisions.
